Before work begins
If you cancel before work starts or deliverables are generated, we may issue a full or partial refund minus non-refundable administrative or third-party costs.
After work begins
If cancellation is requested after work has begun, refund eligibility depends on scope and progress, often partial and prorated based on services rendered.
Maintenance plans
For quarterly, half-yearly, or annual maintenance plans, contact us within 7 days of the work if you are dissatisfied and we will work to rectify issues.
Completed work
Refunds will not be issued for work already completed.
