Since we provide digital services (website design, maintenance, SSL/hosting, ads support, etc.), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature and extent of services already delivered.

If you cancel a plan before we start work or generate deliverables, we may issue a full or partial refund (minus any non-refundable administrative/third-party costs).

If you request cancellation after work has begun, refund eligibility will depend on scope and progress — often partial, prorated based on services rendered.

For maintenance plans (quarterly/half-yearly/annual), if you are dissatisfied with our service quality, please contact us within 7 days of the work and we’ll work to rectify issues.

Refunds will not be issued for work that’s already completed.
