All design, code, content, graphics created and delivered by us remain property of OnlineDesign.in until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of delivered website/content transfers to you — except for third-party tools, themes, plugins, fonts, images, that remain subject to their respective licenses.

We do our best to provide reliable, secure, and timely services. However, we do not guarantee that website will be 100% error-free, immune to hacking, or that ads/campaigns will achieve specific results.
OnlineDesign.in (and its team) will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or business loss arising from use of our services or third-party integrations.

Fees for services are as per plan chosen (e.g. maintenance plans) or as agreed in custom quote.
Refunds and cancellations handled as per our Refund Policy (see Refund Policy page).

We may terminate or suspend services if you breach any of these terms. You may also cancel services per the Refund Policy.
